- Division I FBS, Football Program
- Deal size: $15M – $100M (individual or portfolio)
Senior Housing
TARGET MARKET COMPOSITION
- Class “A” institutional quality, independent living, assisted living and memory care acuity mixes; and CCRC’s
- NIC Map® Top 140 Primary and Secondary Markets
- High barrier to entry markets and/or limited competition
- Strong employment base and surrounding residential markets
- Close proximity to major medical, retail and higher educational services
- Deal size: $15M – $75M (individual or portfolio)
